Who we are. The Arabic Ladder is run by Zubair Bilmillah, your teacher, reachable at riabuz412@gmail.com. He is responsible for your data.
What we keep: your name and email (to sign you in), your place in the course and your homework (that is the product), messages between you and your teacher, payment records (handled by Stripe — we never see your card details), and — only if you agreed — audio recordings of your lessons.
Where it lives: our database and sign-in run on Supabase, hosted in London, UK. Lesson audio and homework files are stored with Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails are sent via Resend from arabicladder.com.
How long: while you are a student with us. If you leave, ask and we delete your account and files; recordings are deleted on request at any time. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights (UK GDPR): see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email riabuz412@gmail.com and it will be handled personally, not by a form.
